The Caldwell kitchen prepares a selection of dishes from the estate larder. The team arranges a private stretch of shoreline, chairs, shade, and everything else required for a morning or afternoon that has no particular agenda. The only thing left to do is arrive.
The beach picnic is available at any time of day and can be arranged for two guests or an entire party. It is the most requested experience at Caldwell and the one guests mention most often when they return. Simple in concept, considered in every detail, and entirely unlike eating anywhere else on the island.
What to expect
A private stretch of Caribbean shoreline, food from the Caldwell kitchen, cold drinks, and nothing else on the agenda. The team sets everything up before you arrive and is available throughout without ever being in the way. Guests who have done it describe it as the meal they talk about most when they get home.
