About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Caldwell Estate website and the booking of stays and experiences at Caldwell Estate, Pointe du Cap, Saint Lucia, LC04 201, West Indies. By making a reservation or using our website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before booking.

Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from the Caldwell team. A reservation request submitted through the website or by email does not constitute a confirmed booking until you have received confirmation from us directly. Caldwell Estate reserves the right to decline any reservation at its discretion.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before arrival will receive a 50 percent refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. In the event of a no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged. Caldwell Estate strongly recommends that guests obtain appropriate travel insurance.

Experiences and wellness

All experiences and wellness treatments at Caldwell Estate are included as part of your stay and must be arranged in advance through the Caldwell team. Availability is subject to conditions, guide availability, and seasonal factors. Caldwell Estate reserves the right to modify or cancel any experience due to safety concerns, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, alternative arrangements will be offered where possible.

Guest conduct

Caldwell Estate is a private estate welcoming a small number of guests at any one time. We ask all guests to be considerate of other guests and the estate environment. Quiet hours are observed from ten in the evening. Caldwell Estate reserves the right to ask any guest to leave the estate if their conduct is deemed disruptive or inappropriate. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

Changes to this terms

Caldwell Estate reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the website or booking of a stay constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
